In the memory verse (Rev 12:17), what are the two identifying marks of
the Remnant? What does this mean to you?
HISTORIC ADVENTIST INTERPRETATION — Sunday
What event in church history fits the bitter-sweet scroll experience
of Revelation 10:8-11? What does this mean to you?
What sequence of events in church history fits the three angels' messages
of Rev 14:6-12?
Note: New research which computer matches the Old and New Testaments shows that
Revelation quotes the Old Testament 800 times. Almost every time Revelation
has a strange symbol, it is a quote from the Old Testament. And every time,
the context of the Old Testament verse gives the interpretation. Using this
method of having the Old Testament interpret Revelation gives an interpretation
almost exactly the same as the traditional Adventist interpretation of the book.
If Rev 10:8-11, 12:17 and 14:6-12 all apply to the Seventh-day Adventist
Church, is it fair to say that Revelation is a book especially for
Seventh-day Adventists? Why/why not?
SCRIPTURES OUR SAFEGUARD — Monday
What was the attitude of the gentiles in Thessalonica to the Word of God?
(1 Thess 2:23). Was their attitude naive because they were new to Christianity,
or did they display the correct attitude? Why/why not?
If your own personal opinion disagrees with Scripture, what should you
do? Why?
